Default Is this a glitch or am i just lucky

trying to get some weapons for my heroes when this happened 4 drops in 1 kill and 2 of them being green, is this normal ive never seen this happen before?

If it were for some one else it would have said their name, most likely solo farm.

Seems pretty weird and would need some one like Gaile to explain.
